GreenCCircle aims to empower the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) to tackle climate change by developing a comprehensive support scheme. This initiative will identify skill gaps, create the GreenCCIrcle training for sustainable skills, and establish a multi-stakeholder ecosystem across 9 countries, fostering collaboration and innovation. With a focus on the EU Green Deal and Circular Economy principles, it will engage 120 learners, facilitate cross-industry fertilisation, and develop tools for environmental impact assessment and sustainable business practices. GreenCCircle introduces the Sustainability Facilitator role, enhancing CCIs’ green transformation and resilience. This project not only aims to improve green skills and attitudes within CCIs but also to foster EU-level collaboration and align with EU values, laying the groundwork for a future social entrepreneurial initiative.

  • GreenCCIrcle Training Program: a specialized training program focused on imparting sustainable skills and knowledge to CCIs professionals. This program aims to bridge existing skill gaps and empower individuals to adopt environmentally responsible practices.
  • Sustainability Facilitator Role: introduction of a new professional role, the Sustainability Facilitator, dedicated to driving green transformation within CCIs. This role will play a crucial part in guiding and facilitating sustainable initiatives within the sector.
  • GreenCCIrcle Tool: development of an innovative tool for ecological impact assessment within CCIs. This tool will enable organizations to measure and analyze their environmental footprint, facilitating the adoption of sustainable business practices.
Through these outputs, GreenCCircle aims to foster a culture of sustainability and innovation within the CCIs sector, laying the groundwork for a greener and more resilient future.
