YONDERS (YOuNg Disruptive EntRepreneurS) is a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) course that helps young people develop entrepreneurial and creative skills to start their own projects in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs).
The project supports young talents to turn their ideas, passions, and creative potential into real and sustainable ventures. It combines non-formal education, participatory learning, and digital resources to make entrepreneurship accessible, engaging, and future-oriented.
YONDERS is implemented by ICHEC Brussels Management School and Materahub, with the support of the Creative Pact for Skills network. Together, they aim to empower the next generation of cultural entrepreneurs across Europe.
goals
- To equip young people (15–24 years old) with entrepreneurial and creative skills.
- To promote innovation, sustainability, and social impact in the Cultural and Creative Industries.
- To connect young learners with mentors, peers, and networks at European level.
- To contribute to the green and digital transition by fostering responsible entrepreneurship.
- To build a pathway for future cultural entrepreneurs in both RIS and non-RIS countries.

A CPD course with two tailored learning paths:
- Path 1 (15–18 years old): Cultural Entrepreneurship Exploration.
- Path 2 (19–24 years old): Developing and Launching Creative Ventures.
Training materials and digital resources available on the Materahub Academy platform.
