The innovative startup Yeastime has won the 2022 edition of the Creative Business Cup Italy.

It is an innovative startup that, through the use of sensors and sound waves , reduces the time, consumption and energy costs of the fermentation process .

He will represent Italy at the BRIGHT Global Finals to be held in Copenhagen on June 27-28 , comparing himself with other startups from all over the world .
