Are you a professional working in the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI)? Are you looking to strengthen your entrepreneurial, digital, green, and leadership skills while connecting with peers from across Europe and the Southern Mediterranean?
Applications are now open for CREAmed 2026, an international capacity-building programme designed to support the next generation of creative and cultural professionals through high-quality training, networking opportunities, and cross-border collaboration.
Developed by the Organisation for European Programmes and Cultural Relations (OEPCR), Materahub, and the British Council, and aligned with the strategic framework of the Anna Lindh Foundation, CREAmed promotes innovation, resilience, and intercultural dialogue across the Euro-Mediterranean region.
What does the programme offer?
CREAmed combines online learning with an international networking experience, providing participants with practical tools to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving cultural and creative landscape.
Participants will benefit from:
- Free participation in the entire programme
- A structured online training course (September–October 2026)
- Five live online sessions with international experts
- Approximately 36 hours of flexible online learning
- A recognised Certificate of Completion and a verifiable Digital Badge
- Access to a growing Euro-Mediterranean professional network
- The opportunity to be selected for a two-day international networking and training event in Matera, Italy, with travel and accommodation support provided according to the programme rules.
Training topics
The curriculum is specifically designed for professionals in the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries and covers four key competence areas:
- Entrepreneurial Change in CCSI – developing entrepreneurial thinking, business planning, and innovation skills.
- Transversal Competences – strengthening collaboration, communication, leadership, and problem-solving.
- Digital Proficiency – enhancing digital marketing, project management, AI literacy, and data-driven decision-making.
- Sustainable Practices – integrating sustainability and circular approaches into cultural and creative projects.
Participants will also explore the New European Bauhaus (NEB) through a dedicated bonus unit focused on sustainability, beauty, inclusion, and innovative cultural initiatives.
Who can apply?
The programme is open to professionals who:
- Have experience in the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries;
- Are based in the European Union, candidate countries, the United Kingdom, or the target Southern Mediterranean countries (Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon);
- Have a good command of English.
Particular attention will be given to applications from women, young professionals (up to 35 years old), people with migrant backgrounds, and individuals belonging to minority communities, while ensuring a balanced and diverse international cohort.
