project description
The “WOMENIN” project aims to promote entrepreneurship among women. It addresses the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs and emphasizes their internationalization in Europe, digital entrepreneurship, and networking opportunities. This initiative is also a response to the declining preference for self-employment in the EU.
The project involves innovative educational methods for trainers, focusing on women’s entrepreneurship. It provides specific materials on women’s entrepreneurship, financial aid from the European Union, and contact platforms. The goal is to enhance internationalization capabilities and foster a global mindset.
The activities include creating a digital training manual, a training course for VET trainers, and a virtual escape room to reinforce knowledge.
