project description

SACCORD, funded by Erasmus Plus Forward-Looking Project scheme, focuses on advancing the Large Scale Partnership for Creative Pact for Skills. Our mission includes establishing Local Ecosystem Partnerships to align creative skills development locally, supporting the European Skills Agenda. Additionally, SACCORD aims to collect skills data and explore the integration of micro-credentials into the Creative and Cultural Industries (CCI) ecosystem.

SACCORD combines SKILLS and ACCORDANCE by collecting skills intelligence and data to support the European Skills Agenda and facilitates collaboration and joining up of partners at European and regional level who have not previously worked together in supporting the Large-Scale Skills Partnership (LSP) on Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs).

The SACCORD project is powering the Creative Skills Week 2024 and 2025, which gathers third-level educators, university leaders, vocational education and training (VET) providers, industry partners, SME’s and policymakers dedicated to the future of the Cultural and Creative Sector Industries (CCSI). There is a common goal to collectively build a robust European Creative Skills Ecosystem. Meet with members of the Creative Pact for Skills, Large-Scale Partnership and the sector’s Blueprint Project, CYANOTYPES.

goals

SACCORD addresses its objectives in six strategic objectives as a roadmap for guiding and implementing the project. The six objectives follow the overall threefold approach:

  • To support the LSP start by coordination and facilitation of the LSP by defining a strategic development approach to support and further develop its activities, especially to support the communication efforts towards new members over social media (SM) like LinkedIn Group.
  • Support of the LSP by identifying new industrial partners and outreach to existing European networks or programs like the EIT-Culture and Creativity or the Climate KIC.
  • To establish an operating model for broadening the existing LSP to new member groups, SMEs, or other organizations by localizing the LSP activities.
  • To test and improve a LEP and playbook.
  • To raise awareness and create a mutual understanding of micro-credentials as one of the main needs of the European CCIs.
  • Develop and implement a large scale “Creative Skills week” to share innovation, skills intelligence and experiences.
  • To develop a Policy Action Plan based on Ekip open innovation approach.
