Settimana dell'Europa 2025
From May 5 to 10, join us in celebrating the European Union during
Settimana dell’Europa 2025. This year’s program is filled with films, workshops, exhibitions, debates, and book presentations. We will celebrate European values and opportunities while reflecting on the challenges the EU faces in these uncertain times.
The Maia exhibition, open throughout the week, will highlight climate challenges and sustainable actions. Don’t miss workshops on accessibility, discussions on Europe’s future, book presentations and more.

Carlo Levi High School and Materahub Launch "Future Skills – Entrepreneurship in Sustainable Spaces"
In collaboration with the BuS Youth and Futures DesignED European projects, Carlo Levi High School in Irsina and Materahub have launched a 20-hour PCTO program to equip students with essential entrepreneurial skills, sustainability concepts, and New European Bauhaus principles.
Upcoming Events:
- April 28: Online training on entrepreneurial basics and the launch of the Project Work.
- April 29 – May 10: Independent learning and Project Work development.
- May 15: Final in-person event at Officina Creativa Materahub, featuring workshops, student project presentations, and sessions on European mobility opportunities (Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps).
Opportunities
Tessere Legami: Sharing Know-How to Strengthen Educational Communities
On April 28 in Matera and April 29 in Potenza, Tessere Legami will bring together education professionals from Basilicata and Cometa (Como) for the first meetings of the project. Participants will exchange ideas, tools, and good practices aimed at supporting young people, preventing school dropouts, and strengthening connections between education and work. The project will continue online, shaped by the needs and insights that emerge from these initial events.

Craftwork4.0All Mobilities - Round 1: Apply Now!
We are looking for Hosting Organisations and Craft Practitioners from Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden! Hosting organisations based in any Creative Europe country are also welcome to apply.
Take part in a 10-day mobility focused on co-creating a craft piece, sharing knowledge, and integrating sustainable practices. Financial support covers travel, accommodation, and daily subsistence for selected practitioners. Hosting organisations can receive up to €400 for material costs. Deadline to Apply: May 15, 2025.
