HAPPINESS AT WORK
Happiness@work is a transnational project focused on increasing happiness and satisfaction in the workplace by bringing the positive psychology methodology into practice in micro businesses (MB), building a support system for both MB managers and employees who are the project target groups.
The UC project connects the opportunities brought by industry 4.0 with the skills needed to facilitate access to the labour market for specialized professionals with the aim of training and involving students, teachers, trainers, educational institutions to develop top skills to be applied in the construction and housing design sectors to generate 4.0 solutions, thanks to the experience of European partners in the field of architecture, scientific research and training.
SKILLS FOR SUCCESSION
Innovative training to promote a sustainable succession in family based SMEs
Skills4Succession is addressing the issue of succession process – the transference of the company leadership from an actual leader to an heir. The project aims at developing an innovative training model, including ICT based learning tools combined with coaching and mentoring methodologies to face and cross the succession process in a sustainable way and strengthen the key factor of success anchored in the soft skills.
